Why The Piggeries?
The Club was founded by transport workers in Warrington. For a long time, they had no home and used the ranges belonging to Territorial Army units in town.
Then one day, one of the members spotted the derelict pig sties on the estate of Walton Hall. The Hall had become the property of Warrington Borough Council. They were prepared to rent it to the Club, the members refurbished it, and the rest is history.

New Members are welcome

If you are completely new to the sport we will want to be satisfied that you have a genuine interest in target shooting.

You will join us for a three month probationary period. The fee for this is £5. There is a range fee of £1-50 per visit.

At the end of your probationary period you may apply to join as a Full Member. The fee for full membership is £40 per annum. Because we cannot offer Family membership ladies are charged half rate.

Junior membership up to 17 years of age is £2-50.

Members aged 17 to 21 years pay half the full rate.

The Club supplies all equipment to beginners at no extra cost.

Our Facilities The Club has two 25 metre indoor ranges. We have a comfortable clubroom,washroom facilities and refreshment bar. We have ample equipment for beginners to be trained and to take part.
